Faculty

LIMS provides great emphasis on the holistic development of every student and believes that faculty has a huge role in achieving this. We recruit faculty with a mix of industry and teaching experience, who are able to link theory with practice and enable students to appreciate the nuances of management and its applications in the industry. We have faculty specialized in Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR and IT who are exposed to the latest teaching methodologies including the case study method and experiential learning.
We also have faculty who can train students in soft-skills to make them better prepared for the corporate world.
Due to the academic collaboration, faculty from XIME are present in the campus on a full-time basis to administer courses apart from the LIMS students getting an opportunity to go to XIME and spend time there in a residential campus attending various value-added programmes (as part of the Immersion Programme).
